Bio: Kim have been apart of the TLC team since 1996. She has effectively led staff of 23 teachers through the rigorous NAEYC-accreditation process, QRS rating process, and maintaining the daily operations of Blue Island center. She and her husband Carl have 5 beautiful children.

Community Involvement: treasurer of St. Benedict's HASA board, and member of NAEYC.

Outside Activities: Enjoying nature, taking walks, visiting museums and traveling.
