T.L.C. first opened its doors in 1981 and has since grown into two state-of-the-art facilities. We believe in providing communities with the best resources in childcare and education.
Philosophy
TLC Learning Center is an educational organization located in Blue Island and Crest Hill, Illinois. It is a co-educational, day school that enrolls children from as young as 6 weeks old to 12 years old.
We are educators guided by the philosophy and the standards set forth by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and The Creative Curriculum © developed by Teaching Strategies, Inc.

T.L.C. Learning Center is a full-day early care and education program committed to providing excellence to the Chicagoland communities. Utilizing the Creative Curriculm approach, we focus on creating a warm, secure and loving environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
